Being a long term resident of the area, I have seen many transformations of our wonderful suburbs. As a youngster we would play tennis and swim at the Country Club in Gumdale, we would fish in Bulimba creek, and we would chase the rabbits and foxes through Hemmant. I even recall having to drive through Brisbane city to visit the airport.
My career has allowed me to openly enjoy our surrounds and has given to me the opportunity and pleasure to create dreams for many, many people. Over the past 13 years no other agent has independently sold more properties than I have in the suburb of Hemmant. This is an achievement which I am very proud of. I have built very strong relationships with many of my previous clients. I am planning on these people being my “clients for life”.
Many local builders have used my services to market and sell their properties. These have taken the form of townhouse complexes, unit blocks and residential development sites.
